The Umrah Taxi is a private pilgrim transport service operating across Saudi Arabia. We provide pre-booked, fixed-fare, private vehicle transfers for Umrah and Hajj pilgrims traveling between Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, Taif, and Riyadh.
Every booking made through The Umrah Taxi is fulfilled by our network of Nusuk-registered, licensed transport partners across Saudi Arabia. Every driver holds a valid Saudi transport license through a registered operator. Booking confirmation documentation is available for Nusuk visa application purposes upon request.
We serve pilgrims from Pakistan, the United Kingdom, the United States, Malaysia, Indonesia, and across the world. Our team communicates in English, Urdu, and Arabic throughout the booking and travel process.
Why We Built This Service
Every year millions of pilgrims arrive at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah after long-haul flights from Pakistan, the UK, the US, and beyond. Many arrive uncertain about how to get from the airport to their hotel in Makkah, how much a fair price is, or whether the driver waiting outside the terminal is legitimate.
The Umrah Taxi was built to remove that uncertainty entirely. A pilgrim who books with us before boarding their flight arrives in Saudi Arabia knowing exactly who is collecting them, exactly what vehicle they will travel in, and exactly what the fare is. Nothing is negotiated at the airport. Nothing is discovered after the journey. The booking is confirmed in writing via WhatsApp before travel begins.

Pakistani pilgrims:
Pakistan is one of the largest sources of Umrah pilgrims in the world. Our team communicates fluently in Urdu throughout the booking process. Pakistani families specifically requesting the Hyundai Starex H1, the most recognized Umrah family van in the Saudi market, are accommodated as standard.
UK and US pilgrims:
International pilgrims arriving from English-speaking countries receive full English communication from first contact to final drop-off. Our drivers serving UK and US pilgrim families speak English and understand the specific needs of Western pilgrims making their first or return Umrah journey.

Every partner operator in our network holds valid registration with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s Nusuk platform, meaning their transport services satisfy the confirmed transport requirement for Umrah visa applications.

Every vehicle in our partner network is maintained to the standards required by Saudi transport authorities. Drivers hold valid commercial licenses and are experienced specifically on pilgrim routes between the holy cities.

How Booking Works
Every booking is made via WhatsApp or email before travel. There is no app to download, no account to create, and no payment required in advance for standard bookings.
Send your pickup location, destination, travel date and time, number of passengers, and preferred vehicle via WhatsApp. We confirm your booking, vehicle type, driver details, and fixed all-inclusive fare in writing before your journey begins.
Your driver arrives at the confirmed time with your name displayed at airport arrivals. Payment is made in cash to the driver at the end of the journey. The fare you agreed at booking is the fare you pay. Nothing more.
